The metal-seated ball valve features a metal-to-metal sealing design for both the ball and seat. Depending on service conditions and user requirements, various advanced hardening technologies are utilized for the ball and seat, including HVOF coating, nickel-base alloy spray welding, high nickel alloy spray welding, tungsten carbide alloy spray welding, and cobalt-base hard alloy spray welding. These materials provide excellent heat resistance, with sealing face temperatures ranging from 540°C to 980°C. The sealing face material also offers strong wear and impact resistance.
The seat is made of stainless steel with stellite alloy pile-up welding, while the ball is crafted from stainless steel with three surface treatments: hard chrome plating, vacuum coating, and tungsten-titanium alloy or stellite alloy pile-up welding, meeting high heat and wear resistance standards. Our innovative manufacturing process achieves high-accuracy and super-mirror surface finishing on the ball.
A key feature of the metal-seated ball valve is the spring-preloaded seat, ensuring reliable sealing and stable operating torque. This design guarantees safety, sealing reliability, and operational flexibility, offering convenience and security in structural design.
