The metal-seated ball valve features a metal-to-metal sealing mode between the ball and seat. To meet various service conditions and user requirements, advanced hardening technologies are employed for the ball and seat, such as HVOF (High-Velocity Oxy-Fuel) coating, nickel-base alloy spray welding, high nickel alloy spray welding, nickel-base alloy tungsten carbide alloy spray welding, and cobalt-base hard alloy spray welding. The sealing face material typically has a heat resistance ranging from 540°C to 600°C, with a maximum of 980°C. It also exhibits excellent wear and impact resistance. The seat is made of stainless steel with Stellite alloy pile-up welding. The ball is constructed from stainless steel and undergoes one of three surface treatment techniques: hard chrome plating, vacuum coating, or tungsten-titanium alloy and Stellite alloy pile-up welding, to fulfill heat and wear resistance requirements. Our ball manufacturing process is innovative, achieving high-precision and super mirror surface processing of the ball. Another notable feature of the metal-seated ball valve is the spring preloading seat, which ensures absolute sealing reliability and stable operating torque. This design guarantees absolute safety, reliable sealing, and operational flexibility and convenience.
