The Metal Seated Ball Valve features a metal-to-metal sealing design for both the ball and seat, providing exceptional performance in demanding service conditions. The valve is designed to handle high temperatures and harsh operating environments, with advanced hardening technologies applied to the ball and seat, such as: HVOF coating, Nickel-base alloy spray welding, High nickel alloy spray welding, Nickel-base alloy tungsten carbide alloy spray welding, Cobalt-base hard alloy spray welding. These coatings provide excellent heat resistance, with sealing face materials capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from 540°C to 980°C. The seat is made of stainless steel and incorporates stellite alloy pile-up welding, offering superior wear and impact resistance.
For the ball, a combination of hard chrome plating, vacuum coating, and tungsten-titanium alloy or stellite alloy pile-up welding is used, ensuring the ball meets both heat resistance and wear resistance requirements. The manufacturing process for the ball is particularly advanced, achieving high accuracy and super mirror surface finishes.
A distinctive feature of this valve is the spring prepressing seat, which ensures reliable sealing, stable operating torque and enhanced safety and operating flexibility.
