The Monoflange SBB Ball Valves are engineered to replace traditional multi-valve assemblies used in pressure-measuring systems. The valve body is integrally forged, combining the process and instrument piping into a single unit. A high-strength valve cap design prevents the valve stem from blowing out. The valves feature a combination of needle-shaped ball valves and needle valves. An extended valve body option is available to provide insulation distance. Each valve has a traceable release port with a plug. Before leaving the factory, each valve undergoes a sealing test with 7 MPa nitrogen gas and a second test with 5% nitrogen gas at 1.5 times the rated working pressure.
