The Integral Slurry Valve features a full-bore design with the entire valve body flow channel fully lined in wear-resistant polyurethane. This lining prevents the flushing medium from contacting the metal valve body, significantly enhancing the valve's wear resistance and service life. The full-diameter flow channel matches the pipeline's inner diameter, ensuring smooth flow without eddy currents, which reduces erosion. When fully open, the valve disc lifts into the valve chamber, avoiding direct contact with the medium and further extending the disc's lifespan.
