Forged Steel Globe Valves are designed and manufactured to international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN 3202, ensuring a compact yet robust construction for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The optional solid CoCr alloy wedge provides low friction and extended service life. Precompressed packing rings at 4000 psi ensure a high-integrity seal.
For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded, torqued to a precise value, and strength-welded at the body-bonnet joint, offering double leakage protection. The fully guided wedge minimizes wear on seating surfaces. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout for easy removal of old packing.
