Pressure Seal Globe Valves are precisely engineered and manufactured to meet International Standards API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or their equivalents. These valves feature a compact yet highly robust design suitable for demanding high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge provides low friction and extended service life. Packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi, ensuring a high-integrity seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded and tightened to a specified engineered torque value, while the body-bonnet joint is strength-welded, offering double protection against leakage.
The fully guided wedge design reduces wear on seating surfaces, enhancing valve durability. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and packing blowout protection for easy removal and replacement of packing materials.
