Detail Information

Product Name: Spring-loaded Full Lift Safety Valve
Design Standard: API 526
Body Material: ASTM A216 WCB
Size: DN100, 4 Inch
Pressure: PN16, Class 150 LB
End Connection: Flanged

The Spring Full Lift Safety Valve is designed for use in systems where the discharge conditions are relatively simple. It is suitable for applications where the discharge system pressure can be atmospheric, at a constant level, or where pressure may rise up to a maximum of 10% of the set pressure.

In cases where a constant back pressure is present, the valve should be set at the differential pressure. The valve disc features two types of sealing surfaces: a flat surface and a conical surface. The discharge area is calculated based on the cylindrical or conical surface formed between the valve disc and valve seat.

This valve is particularly suited for situations with small discharge capacity, high back pressure, and stable system pressure.
