The optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures low friction and extended service life. The packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi, providing a highly reliable seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded in and torqued to an engineered torque value, and the body-bonnet joint is strength-welded. This dual protection, through both the threads and the strength-weld, effectively guards against leakage. The fully guided wedge design minimizes wear on the seating surfaces, enhancing durability and performance. Additionally, we offer optional designs with double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading capabilities, and a packing blowout feature for easy removal of old packing. These features ensure ease of maintenance and long-term reliability.
