Body Material: ASTM A105N
Size: DN32, 1-1/4 Inch
Pressure: PN40, Class 300 LB
End Connection: Flanged
Operation: Manual
Forged Steel Globe Valves are designed and manufactured in strict compliance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or their equivalents. These valves feature a compact yet highly durable design, ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The solid CoCr alloy wedge (optional) provides low friction and extended service life, while precompressed packing rings (up to 4000 psi) ensure a high-integrity seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to an engineered torque value, with the body-bonnet joint being strength-welded for double protection against leakage. A fully guided wedge minimizes wear on seating surfaces. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading, and packing blowout for easy removal of old packing, ensuring efficient maintenance.

Product Features
» Fine processing of forged steel materials enhances corrosion resistance, making them suitable for various corrosive media and extending the service life of the valves.
» Compact design with a smaller volume, requiring less space, making these valves ideal for installations in confined spaces and suitable for working conditions with limited space.
