Product Name: Angle Globe Valve
Design Standard: API 602
Body Material: ASTM A105N
Size: 1 Inch, DN25
Pressure: Class 800 LB, PN130
End Connection: Socket Weld
Operation: Manual
Forged Steel Globe Valves are designed and manufactured in strict compliance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or equivalent. They feature a compact yet extremely robust design suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature service. The solid CoCr alloy wedge (optional) ensures low friction and extended service life. Packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi to provide a high-integrity seal.
For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded in and torqued to a precise value, while the body-bonnet joint is strength-welded to offer double protection against leakage (through body, bonnet threads, and strength welds). The fully guided wedge design reduces wear on seating surfaces, ensuring smooth operation.
Optional configurations include double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout feature for easy removal of old packing.

Features of Forged Steel Globe Valve
» Forged steel materials undergo fine processing, offering excellent corrosion resistance and making them suitable for various corrosive media, thereby extending the service life of the valves.
» Forged steel globe valves are designed to be compact, occupying less space, which makes them easy to install and use, particularly in applications with limited space.
