The DZW series electric valve actuator is a next-generation product independently developed by our company. It has been improved and perfected by enhancing its structure, optimizing protective performance, and refining key components from previous mature models. This actuator offers several advantages, including a compact structure, small size, attractive appearance, and stable performance.
The DZW series provides excellent protective features, meeting the requirements of various designs, including flame-proof type, global switch-type, and global regulation-type configurations. It is primarily used for controlling the opening and closing of valves, including brake valves, stop valves, shutoff valves, and diaphragm valves. Additionally, the derived models are suitable for ball valves, butterfly valves, and throttling applications. The actuator can precisely respond to control signals, making it essential for remote control, centralized control, and automated control systems.
The performance of the DZW series meets the standards outlined in JB/T 8528-1997 (Technical conditions for electric units of common valves). Its flame-proof capabilities comply with the requirements of GB 3836.1-2000 (Electrical equipment used in explosive gas atmospheres, Part 1: General requirements), GB 3836.2-2000 (Electrical equipment used in explosive gas atmospheres, Part 2: Flame-proof type “d”), and JB/T 8529-1997 (Technical conditions for flame-proof type electric units).
