Forged Steel Globe Valves are designed and manufactured to meet stringent International Standards including API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or their equivalents. These valves feature a compact yet robust construction, ideal for high pressure and high-temperature applications.
An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures low friction and extended service life. Packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi, providing a high-integrity seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to a precise engineered value, while the body-bonnet joint is strength-welded, offering double protection against leakage.
The fully guided wedge design minimizes wear on seating surfaces, enhancing durability. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and packing blowout protection for easy maintenance and removal of worn packing.
