Slab Through Conduit Gate Valves are designed with a full-bore port, rising stem OS&Y, and pressure-energized floating seats and gate, ensuring a bubble-tight shutoff both upstream and downstream, even under low and high differential pressures. The valve features double block and bleed capability, along with automatic relief of excess body pressure, as standard. The smooth, continuous bore minimizes turbulence and, when fully open, provides a pressure drop equivalent to a section of pipe of the same length and diameter. With the seat faces located outside the flow stream, they are protected from erosive flow action. Additionally, pigs and scrapers can be safely run through the valve without causing damage.
