Product Name: SS 321 Y Type Tilting Disc Check Valve
Design Standard: ASME B16.34
Body Material: Stainless Steel SS 321
Size: 6 Inch, DN150
Pressure: Class 2500 LB, PN420
End Connection: BW End
The tilting disc check valve features a pivot point at the center of its disc, addressing the limitations of traditional swing check valves. Unlike the swing type, which requires higher flow velocities to keep the disc open and maintain higher cracking pressure, the tilting disc check valve can remain fully open and stable at lower flow rates. This results in a significantly lower pressure drop in low-pressure situations compared to the swing type. However, at higher flow rates, the tilting disc check valve experiences a higher pressure drop than the swing type.

Product Features
» Impact-free closure: The valve closes gently, making contact with the sealing surface without impact or noise.
» Micro elastic metal seats: These provide excellent sealing performance.
» Quick opening and closing: The butterfly disc design ensures rapid operation and a long service life.
» Streamlined fluid passage: The tilting disc structure promotes a smooth flow path, minimizing flow resistance and contributing to energy savings.
