Detail Information

Product Name: Full Open Spring Safety Valve with Radiator
Design Standard: API 526
Body Material: ASTM A216 WCB
Size: DN100, 4 Inch
Pressure: PN16, Class 150 LB
End Connection: RF

The Full Lift Spring Safety Valve is designed for use in systems where discharge is relatively simple. It operates effectively in systems with atmospheric discharge, constant pressure, or systems where pressure can build up to a maximum of 10% above the set pressure. In cases of constant back pressure, the valve should be set based on the differential pressure. The valve disc features two types of sealing surfaces: flat and conical. The discharge area is calculated based on the cylindrical or conical surface formed between the valve disc and the valve seat. This valve is ideal for applications with small discharge capacities, high back pressure, and stable system pressure.
