We manufacture and supply Full Port Steam Jacketed Plug Valves, available in both lubricated and non-lubricated designs. These valves are suitable for cutting and connecting media and diverging purposes. They can also be used for throttling, depending on the specific application and the erosion resistance of the sealing surfaces.
The jacketed plug valve features a sealing surface with a wiping effect during movement. In the fully open position, it prevents contact with the flow of media, making it ideal for use with media containing suspended particles. A metal jacket is installed within the valve body, through which steam, heat-conducting oil, cooling water, cool air, or other fluids can be injected. This allows for precise temperature control, heating, cooling, or maintaining the required temperature within the valve body.
Full Port Steam Jacketed Plug Valves are especially effective for handling high-viscosity, steam, or other media that require temperature regulation to remain in a flowable state. This ensures the medium can flow normally through the valve, preventing solidification at room temperature and ensuring proper operation under heat preservation or cooling conditions.
