Fully Welded Ball Valve, also known as a Welded Body Ball Valve, features a fully welded body construction. These valves are designed for use as stop/shutoff valves in water and gas-supply systems, heat-power engineering, housing and communal services, as well as in process lines for chemical, oil-refining, and pulp-and-paper industries.
The forging materials undergo ultrasonic examination in compliance with ASME's nondestructive flaw detection standards. The welding slope on the connection face is tested using liquid penetration methods. A corrosion allowance is factored into the body wall thickness.
Key components, including the carbon steel stem, fixed shaft, ball, seat, and seat ring, are subjected to chemical nickel plating per ASTM B733 and B656 standards. Various corrosion-resistant materials are also available for customization based on user needs.
Valve materials can be selected in accordance with NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR 0103 standards, with strict quality control and inspections carried out during manufacturing to ensure compliance with sulfurization environment requirements and other service conditions.
