Product Name: Fully Welded Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve
Design Standard: API 6D
Body Material: ASTM A105
Size: 40 Inch, DN1000
Pressure: PN25, Class 300 LB
End Connection: Butt Welded
The Fully Welded Ball Valve, also known as the Welded Body Ball Valve, is designed for use as a stop/shutoff valve in various industries, including water and gas supply systems, heat-power engineering, housing and communal services, and chemical and oil-refining plants, as well as pulp-and-paper production facilities. The fully welded body enhances the valve’s integrity and durability in demanding applications.
The materials used in the valve's construction undergo rigorous quality control. The forging materials are subjected to ultrasonic examination in line with ASME nondestructive flaw detection requirements, and the welding slopes on the connection face undergo liquid penetration examination. The body wall thickness includes a corrosion allowance, ensuring the valve can withstand challenging environments. The carbon steel stem, fixed shaft, ball, seat, and seat ring are chemically nickel-plated according to ASTM B733 and B656 standards, and corrosion-resistant materials are available for user selection. Valve materials can also be tailored to meet NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR 0103 standards for sulfurization environments, ensuring full compliance with industry specifications.
