Cast floating ball valve design supports the ball with two PTFE seats: one on the upstream side and the other on the downstream side. The upstream pressure pushes the ball, compressing the downstream seat to achieve a complete shutoff. All cast floating ball valves feature reliable, high-quality castings and a fire-safe design certified according to BS 6755, API 607, and API 6FA, and they meet all applicable ASME standards. Floating ball valves are available in one-piece uni-body, two-piece split-body, and three-piece bolted-body designs. They are engineered and manufactured to the latest international standards, including API 6D, ASME B16.34, BS 5351, or equivalent standards, and come with standard features such as fire-safe construction, anti-static design, and blowout-proof stem.
