The Monoflange SBB Ball Valves are engineered to simplify and replace traditional multi-valve setups used for pressure measurement systems. Featuring an integrated forged body that combines the valve and instrument piping in a single unit, these valves offer enhanced strength and reliability. The robust valve cap design prevents stem blowout, ensuring safe operation. The valve incorporates a unique combination of needle-shaped ball valve and needle valve designs, providing versatile flow control. An extended valve body option is available to maintain insulation distance. Each valve includes a traceable release port with a plug and undergoes rigorous sealing tests with 7 MPa nitrogen gas and 5% nitrogen gas at 1.5 times the rated working pressure before shipment, guaranteeing leak-tight performance.
