Forged Steel Gate Valves are engineered and manufactured in strict accordance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or equivalent specifications. Their compact yet robust design makes them ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The solid CoCr alloy wedge (optional) minimizes friction and extends service life. Packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi to ensure a reliable, high-integrity seal. In welded bonnet designs, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to a precise engineered value, with the body-to-bonnet joint further secured by a strength weld, providing dual protection against leakage through both threaded and welded connections. A fully guided wedge minimizes wear on seating surfaces. Optional features include double packing, a leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout design for easy maintenance and removal of old packing.
