Butterfly Valves with Extended Stem
Recently we've manufactured two batches of butterfly valves with extended stem, see below photos. They are triple offset butterfly valves, metal seated butterfly valves, gearbox operated, and will be used in high temperature working condition.
The design of extended stem will protect stem packing from high temperature and reduce leaking possibility from stem part. Also, the extended stem can remove the the heat to some extent, and will make operation more easily, otherwise, it will be too hot. Sometimes, as per customer's requirement, we can also add heat removing fins on the stem.
