Forged Steel Globe Valves are engineered and manufactured in strict compliance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or their equivalents. Featuring a compact yet robust design, they are ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge provides low friction and extended service life. The packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi for a secure seal. In welded bonnet designs, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to a specified value, then strength-welded to the body, ensuring dual leakage protection through the thread and weld joint. The fully guided wedge minimizes seat surface wear, while optional configurations include double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and a packing blowout feature for easy packing replacement.
