Forged Steel Gate Valves are precisely designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards including API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN 3202 or their equivalents. These valves feature a compact yet exceptionally robust construction suitable for high pressure and high temperature service. An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures low friction and extended service life. Packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi, delivering a high-integrity seal. For welded bonnet designs, the bonnet is threaded, torqued to a specified value, and strength-welded to the body, providing dual protection against leakage. The fully guided wedge minimizes wear on seating surfaces. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and a packing blowout for easy removal and maintenance.
