Forged Steel Globe Valves are precisely engineered and manufactured in accordance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or their equivalents. These valves feature a compact yet exceptionally durable design, ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures low friction and extended service life. Packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi, providing a reliable, high-integrity seal.
In welded bonnet designs, the bonnet is threaded into the body and torqued to a specified value, then strength-welded to the body, offering dual leakage protection through both threaded and welded joints. A fully guided wedge minimizes wear on seating surfaces, enhancing durability. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and a packing blowout mechanism for easy removal and replacement of packing materials.
