The Low-Noise Cage Type Control Valves are expertly engineered to significantly minimize acoustic noise in applications involving compressible fluids such as steam, air, and natural gas. The valve's cage features a multitude of small holes, enabling optimal pressure reduction through a two-step process of "restriction" followed by "diffusion and expansion." The fluid passage is designed in an S-shaped configuration to ensure smooth fluid flow with minimal pressure loss. Additionally, a stabilizer is included as a strainer near the cage to enhance flow stability and allow for a high Cv (flow coefficient) value.

These valves are equipped with a pressure-balanced valve plug that facilitates control of high differential pressures with minimal actuating force. The actuator, a compact yet powerful diaphragm motor, utilizes a multiple spring mechanism to deliver high output through a straightforward design.
