Pressure Seal Globe Valves are specifically designed for high-temperature and high-pressure applications, complying with BS 1873 and ASME B16.34 standards. These valves are widely used in fossil fuel power plants and offer superior sealing compared to bolted bonnet joint valves. The pressure seal design ensures a compact and rigid structure, resulting in more reliable sealing at high temperatures and pressures, as well as cost-effective maintenance. The two openings for medium flow in and out are aligned in the same direction, forming an angle of 180°. The seat and disc sealing surfaces are overlaid with durable materials such as iron-base alloy, Co-base alloy, or carbide alloy for extended service life. For larger valves, a main disc and vice disc design is used to reduce operational torque and improve seat tightness.
