The Fully Welded Ball Valve, also known as a Welded Body Ball Valve, features a fully welded body. These valves are designed for use as stop/shutoff valves in various applications, including water and gas supply systems, heat-power engineering, housing and communal services, as well as in process lines at chemical and oil-refining plants, and pulp and paper production facilities.
The materials used for forging are subjected to ultrasonic testing in accordance with ASME nondestructive flaw detection standards. The welding slope on the connection face undergoes liquid penetration testing. A corrosion allowance is incorporated into the body wall thickness for enhanced durability.
The carbon steel stem, fixed shaft, ball, seat, and seat ring are treated with chemical nickel plating as per ASTM B733 and B656. Additionally, users can choose from various corrosion-resistant materials to suit specific requirements. Valve materials can be selected according to NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR0103 standards, and stringent quality control is implemented during manufacturing to ensure full compliance with these standards. This guarantees the valve's performance in sulfurizing environments.
