The Fully Welded Ball Valve, also known as the Welded Body Ball Valve, features a fully welded body construction. This type of valve is designed to serve as a stop/shutoff valve in various applications, including water and gas supply systems, heat-power engineering, residential and communal services, as well as process lines in chemical and oil-refining plants, and pulp-and-paper production facilities. The forging materials used in the construction of these valves undergo ultrasonic examination in accordance with ASME nondestructive flaw detection requirements. The welding slope on the connection face is subjected to liquid penetration examination to ensure integrity. A certain corrosion allowance is provided for the body wall thickness to enhance durability. The carbon steel components, including the stem, fixed shaft, ball, seat, and seat ring, are treated with chemical nickel plating in compliance with ASTM B733 and B656 standards. Additionally, a variety of corrosion-resistant materials are available for selection by users. To meet specific customer requirements, valve materials can be chosen in accordance with NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR 0103 standards. Strict quality control and inspection processes are implemented during manufacturing to fully comply with these standards and to ensure suitability for service in sulfidation environments.
