Forged Floating Ball Valve Description

Forged Floating Ball Valve design utilizes two PTFE seats, one on the upstream side and the other on the downstream side, to support the ball. The upstream pressure pushes the ball, causing it to compress the downstream seat, thereby achieving a complete shutoff of fluid flow. All Cast Floating Ball Valves manufactured by KOSEN are produced with high-quality, reliable castings and a fire-safe design, certified according to BS 6755, API 607, and API 6FA. These valves meet all applicable ASME standards. KOSEN Floating Ball Valves are available in three types: One-Piece Uni-body, Two-Piece Split Body, and Three-Piece Bolted Body. They are designed and manufactured in compliance with the latest international standards, including API 6D, ASME B16.34, and BS 5351, or their equivalents. Standard features include fire safety, anti-static protection, and blow-out prevention.
