Kammprofile Gasket Features
Kammprofile Gaskets are made with a solid metal core that has a grooved (corrugated) surface, covered on both sides with a soft sealing material.
This design provides excellent sealing performance and high reliability, even when only low surface pressure is applied.
These gaskets can be made with different soft materials like Graphite (98% or 99.85%) or PTFE, and a range of steel grades is also available.
They are used in many areas, including flange joints, heat exchangers, pipe connections, manholes, and covers.
