Hot-dip Galvanized ERW Steel Pipe

Nominal diameter: 1/2" - 4".
Nominal wall thickness: 2.0 mm - 4.5mm.
Test pressure index dia: 10.2 mm - 168.3 mm 3 Mpa, 177.8mm - 323.9 mm 5 MPa.
Zinc coated galvanized pipe layer thickness for hot galvanized : 35μm - 650μm.
For Cold galvanized: 5-15μm.
Seamless galvanized carbon steel pipes process: Finished.

While most high-end steel grades have chemistry that delays the onset of rusting, this is a common feature of low-cost grades. However, this is a problem that could be modified with galvanization. Though galvanization forms a thick layer on the surface of the Carbon Steel Seamless Galvanized Pipe, they are not rust proof. Yet, with proper diligence, it is possible to delay rusting, so long as there are no scratches on the surface of the Gi Coated Pipe.
