Our Wedge Gate Valves are engineered to limit the leakage of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to less than 100 parts per million (ppm). Rigorous baseline laboratory testing, including both static and cycle tests, has been conducted to identify the essential design parameters required for achieving low-emission sealing in the stem packing and bonnet gasket areas. An in-house testing protocol has been established and is regularly executed to ensure that the standard design and manufacturing processes consistently result in our Wedge Gate Valves meeting the maximum allowable VOC leakage of 100 ppm before they are shipped.
