Forged Steel Gate Valves are engineered and manufactured in full compliance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN 3202 or their equivalents. Featuring a compact yet robust design, they are ideal for high pressure-temperature applications. An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge provides low friction and extended service life. Packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi for a high-integrity seal. In welded bonnet configurations, the bonnet is threaded, torqued to a precise value, and strength-welded to the body, ensuring dual sealing protection. The fully guided wedge minimizes seat wear, while optional features include double packing, a leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout for easy maintenance.
