Forged Steel Gate Valves are engineered to meet international standards, including API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN 3202 (or equivalent), featuring a compact yet highly robust design ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures reduced friction and extended service life. Precompressed packing rings, rated to 4000 psi, deliver a high-integrity seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to an engineered value, with the body-bonnet joint strength-welded for double protection against leakage (through body, bonnet threads, and welds). The fully guided wedge minimizes wear on seating surfaces. An optional design is available with double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout feature for easy removal of old packing.
