Impulse safety valve is used for power plant boilers, pressure containers, pressure and temperature reducing device and other facilities. It is used to prevent the pressure from exceeding the highest allowed pressure valve and ensure the safety of the equipment.
Structure of impulse safety
valve
1. Lever and heavy hammer is used to balance the
pressure of disc to ensure seal of valve. Change the position and the weight of
heavy hammer to reach to required pressure.
2. The seal face is made of stainless steel. The
wearing resistance and anti-erosion of disc have been highly improved after
disc being thermal treated.
3. Electric electromagnet used to open or close
valve exits at the top of valve. Mechanism and electric appliance are separated
so that they won’t affect
each other.
