Fully Welded Ball Valves, also known as Welded Body Ball Valves, are designed for use in a variety of critical applications, including water and gas-supply systems, heat-power engineering, housing and communal services, and process lines in industries like chemical, oil-refining, and pulp-and-paper production.
The valves are fabricated with a fully welded body for enhanced strength and durability. The forging materials undergo ultrasonic testing in compliance with ASME nondestructive flaw detection standards, while the welding slope on the connection face is checked with liquid penetration testing. A corrosion allowance is included in the body wall thickness to ensure long-term reliability.
The valve components, including the carbon steel stem, fixed shaft, ball, seat, and seat ring, are chemically nickel-plated per ASTM B733 and B656 to enhance corrosion resistance. Additionally, various corrosion-resistant materials are available based on user needs. For environments with sulfurization, materials can be selected in accordance with NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR 0103 standards, with strict quality control processes to ensure compliance with all service conditions.
These valves provide robust sealing and reliable performance even in harsh environments, making them ideal for applications requiring long-term service and minimal maintenance.
