This hydraulic diaphragm metering pump consists of three main components: (1) the driving device, (2) the adjusting device, and (3) the liquid delivery device. The crankshaft, which reduces the motor's rotation speed through a worm and worm gear, drives the piston in a reciprocating motion within the hydraulic oil chamber. This movement causes the PTFE diaphragm to flex, drawing in and discharging the liquid that is isolated by the diaphragm. Each pump is equipped with an internal pressure relief valve to protect it from overpressure conditions.

The flow rate is adjustable from 0 to 100% via a unique adjusting mechanism, which can be changed while the pump is operating or when it is at rest. The steady-state accuracy is ±1% for flow rates between 30% and 100% of the maximum output. Automatic operation is facilitated by a variable speed drive.

These hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps are capable of dosing a wide range of liquids, including corrosive, vaporous, flammable, explosive, or toxic solutions. They can also handle suspended solids or moderately viscous liquids. A double diaphragm with a diaphragm rupture detection system is available to prevent accidents caused by the mixing of hydraulic oil and the pumped liquid if the diaphragm ruptures.

Power Supply

The standard power supply is 380V, 3-phase. Single-phase or other voltage options are available upon request. An explosion-proof (EX-proof) motor can also be provided upon request.
