Product Name: HC276 Forged Floating Ball Valve
Design Standard: API 6D
Body Material: HC276 (Equivalent to Hastelloy C276)
Size: DN50, 2 Inch
Pressure: PN160, Class 900 LB
End Connection: Flanged
Operation: Bare Stem
The Forged Floating Ball Valve design supports the ball with two PTFE seats—one on the upstream side and the other on the downstream side of the ball. The upstream pressure pushes the ball, compressing the downstream seat to achieve a complete fluid shutoff. All Floating Ball Valves are crafted from high-quality castings with a fire-safe design, certified according to BS 6755, API 607, and API 6FA, and meet applicable ASME standards. Available in One-Piece Uni-body, Two-Piece Split Body, and Three-Piece Bolted Body configurations, Floating Ball Valves are designed and manufactured in compliance with the latest international standards, including API 6D, ASME B16.34, and BS 5351 or their equivalents. Standard features include fire-safe, anti-static, and blow-out prevention for added reliability and safety.
