The Integral Slurry Valve is a full-bore type valve designed to handle abrasive and corrosive slurries. The valve body flow channel is entirely wrapped in wear-resistant polyurethane, which prevents the flushing medium from coming into direct contact with the metal valve body. This design significantly extends the valve body's anti-wear life. The full-diameter flow channel aligns with the inner diameter of the pipeline, reducing erosion by preventing eddy currents. When fully open, the valve plate lifts into the valve chamber, avoiding direct contact with the medium, thereby extending the service life of the disc.
