Cryogenic Gate Valves are engineered and manufactured in strict compliance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN 3202 or their equivalents. These valves feature a compact yet exceptionally sturdy design suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, including cryogenic service.
An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge provides low friction and extended service life. Packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi to ensure a high-integrity seal. In welded bonnet designs, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to a specific engineered value, with the body-bonnet joint strength-welded for double protection against leakage.
The fully guided wedge reduces wear on seating surfaces. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and a packing blowout for easy removal of worn packing.
