Trunnion-mounted ball valves are designed to provide smooth and reliable operation under high line pressure conditions. Precisely aligned bearings ensure low operating torque, while the trunnion-supported ball remains fixed in position and free to rotate, minimizing seat load and operating effort. All cast steel trunnion ball valves are manufactured using high-quality castings and incorporate a fire-safe design certified in accordance with BS 6755, API 607, and API 6FA. These valves comply with all applicable ASME standards. Cast steel trunnion ball valves are available in two-piece split-body and three-piece bolted-body configurations. They are designed and manufactured to the latest international standards, including API 6D, ASME B16.34, BS 5351, or equivalent specifications. Standard features include fire-safe construction, anti-static design, and a blowout-proof stem.
