End Connection: Lug
Operation: Manual
Medium: Slurry
The integral slurry valve is a full-bore type designed to optimize performance in abrasive slurry applications. Its valve body flow channel is entirely wrapped in wear-resistant polyurethane, preventing the flushing medium from coming into contact with the metal valve body. This greatly extends the valve's anti-wear life. With a full-diameter flow channel consistent with the pipeline's inner diameter, the valve reduces the generation of eddy currents, minimizing erosion. When fully opened, the valve plate lifts into the valve chamber, avoiding direct contact with the medium and effectively extending the service life of the disc.

Product Features
» Self-Cleaning Disc: The valve plate has a self-cleaning scraper inside the sleeve that autonomously cleans the surface of the valve plate during its movement, preventing clumping and reducing switch torque or blockage.
» Integrated Elastomeric Filler: The integrated sealing filler, made from wear-resistant and high-rebound rubber, is molded for a tight seal with the stuffing box and polyurethane valve liner. This ensures better sealing, extended lifespan, and easier replacement.
» Self-Flushing Valve Seat: The self-flushing structure of the valve seat prevents sedimentation of bottom slurry, ensuring a 100% zero-leakage seal every time the valve is closed.
» Easy Seat Replacement: The removable valve seat and upper sealing structure allow for on-site replacement of worn components. The updated parts restore the valve to its original service life, with replacement costs only 15-20% of the entire valve.
