The Metal-Seated Ball Valve employs a metal-to-metal sealing mode for both the ball and seat, ensuring durability and performance under demanding conditions. Depending on the service requirements, various advanced hardening technologies can be applied to the ball and seat, including HVOF coating, nickel-base alloy spray welding, high-nickel alloy spray welding, tungsten carbide alloy spray welding, and cobalt-base hard alloy spray welding. These materials offer exceptional heat resistance, with sealing face temperatures ranging from 540°C to 600°C, and can withstand maximum temperatures of up to 980°C.
The sealing face material is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, providing long-lasting performance. The seat is made of stainless steel with stellite alloy pile-up welding, while the ball is crafted from stainless steel and undergoes surface treatments such as hard chrome plating, vacuum coating, and tungsten-titanium alloy or stellite alloy pile-up welding to meet heat- and wear-resistant requirements.
