The forged body socket welding needle valve is designed for high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, where the sealing surface experiences extreme wear. To meet these challenges, the valve’s sealing surface is made from cobalt chromium tungsten, ensuring excellent performance and reasonable cost. When the valve is in the open position, the valve seat and valve disc no longer make contact, minimizing mechanical wear. The sealing components (valve seat and valve disc) are easy to repair or replace without removing the entire valve from the pipeline, making it ideal for welded valve and pipeline connections. Additionally, the valve changes the flow direction of the medium as it passes through.
