This product new is mainly talk about the common methods of processing
pipe fittings.
1. Forging and pressing: the end or the
part of pipe is punched and extended by the forging machine to reduce the outer diameter.
Common forging machine: Rotary type forging machine, connecting rod type forging machine, and roller type forging machine.
2. Pressing method: expand the end of
steel pipe to one as required size and shape with taper core on the punch press.
3. Roller method: the core is placed inside the tube, and the outer circumference is pushed and pressed with the roller, which is used for the processing of circular edges.

4. Rolling method: it is generally no mandrel, which is suitable for inner rim of thick-wall tube.
5. Bending forming method: there are three methods commonly used. One method is called stretching method, another method is called stamping method, and the third one is roller method. There are 3 to 4 rollers, two fixed roller and one adjustment roller, which adjust the fixed roller distance. Then, the finished pipe fitting is bent.
6. Bulging method: one method is to place rubber inside the tube and compress it with a punch to make the tube protrude. The other method is hydraulic bulking, in which a liquid is filled in the middle of the steel pipe. The liquid pressure bulges pipe into the desired shape.
