Fully Welded Ball Valve, also known as a Welded Body Ball Valve, features a fully welded construction for enhanced strength and durability. Designed for shutoff applications in water and gas supply systems, heat-power engineering, chemical processing, oil refining, and pulp and paper industries. Forged materials undergo ultrasonic examination per ASME non-destructive testing standards, with liquid penetration testing on the welding slope. The body wall includes a corrosion allowance for extended service life. The carbon steel stem, fixed shaft, ball, seat, and seat ring are chemically nickel-plated per ASTM B733 and B656, with additional corrosion-resistant material options. Valves can be customized to meet NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR 0103 standards, ensuring reliability in sulfurization environments.
