The integral slurry valve is a full-bore design, with the entire valve body flow channel lined in wear-resistant polyurethane. This prevents the flushing medium from contacting the metal body, significantly extending its wear resistance and service life. With a full-bore passage matching the pipeline's inner diameter, the medium flows smoothly without generating eddy currents, reducing erosion. When fully opened, the valve plate is lifted into the valve chamber, avoiding direct contact with the medium and further prolonging the disc's lifespan.

A self-cleaning disc design incorporates a valve plate scraper inside the sleeve, which automatically cleans the plate surface during up-and-down movement, preventing material buildup, increased operating torque, or blockage. The integrated elastomeric filler, molded from wear-resistant, high-rebound rubber, ensures a tight seal with both the stuffing box and polyurethane liner, delivering improved sealing performance, extended lifespan, and simplified replacement. The valve seat adopts a self-flushing structure that prevents slurry sedimentation at the bottom, guaranteeing zero leakage upon closure. For maintenance, the removable seat and upper sealing structure allow worn liners or seals to be replaced on-site, restoring the product to its original service life at just 15–20% of the full valve replacement cost.
