The internal thread high-pressure needle valve is a precision control valve featuring a needle-shaped valve plug, designed primarily to regulate throttle flow rates with fine accuracy. This type of valve allows for gradual and continuous adjustment of the valve opening from fully closed to fully open, enabling precise control. The needle plug, typically manufactured from quenched steel, works in conjunction with a valve seat made from soft metals such as tin or copper. Sealing is achieved through the tight engagement of the needle’s finely ground conical surface with the valve seat. Standard cone angles include 1:50 and 60°, both offering high sealing precision. The seal between the valve stem and seat is maintained using a bellows system to ensure leak-tight performance under high pressure.
